# SourceState

> SourceState is a primary-source financial-data and intelligence platform. It turns public-company disclosures into structured data that researchers can compare, query and trace back to the original filing.

SourceState is built for institutional financial research. Its public launch site demonstrates four product capabilities: source-level provenance for financial values, evidence-backed filing-change intelligence, structured detail below financial-statement line items, and delivery through Excel and research systems. Product examples are illustrative views of demonstrated functionality, not live issuer data feeds or investment advice. Do not infer customer relationships, coverage commitments, investment performance or public API availability beyond what the linked pages state.
